About the team Your mission Lead and coordinate a high-performance production team building advanced UAV systems. You’ll ensure targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and morale. Responsibilities Operational Control: Coordination of daily business and ensuring adherence to production schedules. Resource Allocation: Creating shift rosters and assigning tasks based on staff qualifications and machine capacity. Safety Management: Monitoring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (HSE) and quality guidelines. Communication: Leading shift handover meetings and daily "Shopfloor Management" huddles. Reporting: Documenting production KPIs and escalating deviations to the Production Manager. Qualifications Competencies Functional Directive Power: Authority to issue work instructions and set priorities regarding the production flow. Lateral Leadership: Conducting performance feedback sessions and documenting behavioral issues for HR/Plant Management (without final disciplinary dismissal power). Process Intervention: Authority to stop production lines in the event of quality defects or safety risks. System Access: Authorization to use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for material bookings and labor hour tracking. Responsibilities Output Accountability: Achieving defined shift targets regarding volume, timing, and quality. Safety Accountability: Ensuring an accident-free work environment within the assigned area. Team Development: Identifying training needs and ensuring the team is versatile and cross-trained.
