You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity standards are met while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor Promote a Safety First and Environmental Stewardship culture Hire, train, and develop Production Team Members Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards Manage daily production schedules and performance goals Oversee automotive salvage and recycling processes Operate heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, crushers, etc.) as needed Audit and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and process efficiency Work standard production hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays Qualifications as a Production Supervisor Leadership or supervisory experience in production or industrial operations Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive parts and systems Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience operating industrial or heavy equipment Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties Reliable transportation Automotive salvage or recycling experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus About Us Pull-A-Part is a nationwide leader in used auto parts, recognized for innovation, sustainability, and community impact.
