An automotive components manufacturer near the Oglesby, IL area is searching for a Production Supervisor. You will be overseeing the production team and production activities. The ideal candidate will have production leadership experience within an industrial environment.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
