QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years plus of proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations within the manufacturing sector is preferred.
