QUALIFICATIONS:

· A.A. degree or higher preferred or relevant leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Mathematical/statistical skills and basic computer/software operational skills including SolidWorks, spreadsheets, word processing, databases.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
· Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams in a dynamic work environment along with written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to take initiative and demonstrate flexibility in a variety of circumstances
· Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
· Must be willing to travel.
