Description Position Summary: The Production Supervisor supports the Production Team by leading the manufacturing of Clementine’s decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts while upholding the company's high manufacturing and food safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for managing Clementine’s daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Full-Time Exempt Salary Occasional weekends Typical Work Hours 8:00AM-4:30PM Location: 8014A N Broadway St. St. Louis, MO 63147 Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recommend staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations. Supervise, train, and coach production team members. Manage employee performance and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain high morale and retention. Production Management: Work daily on the floor with the ice cream making and baking team to produce Clementine’s decadent ice cream and baked goods. Oversee daily shift operations to meet production goals, schedules, and deadlines. Support inventory management of ingredients, finished goods, and packaging. Operational Efficiency: Lead the team to achieve KPIs. Monitor equipment functionality, minimize downtime, and troubleshoot production issues to maintain low-cost and high-quality output. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the equipment is set up correctly. Perform safety and quality checks throughout the production process. Maintain FSMA/HACCP program and uphold rigorous sanitation programs. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and traceability. Requirements 5+ years' experience in either food production or manufacturing 2-3+ years management or leadership experience working with teams of 5 or more Skilled with: Food handling, FIFO, HACCP planning, FSMA Compliance and food sanitation practices. Serve Safe and PCQI certification preferred. Leadership experience leading groups of 5 or more on a team Experience and ability to strictly follow standardized recipes, standards and procedures Experience with: Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Experience with automated or semi-automated production lines Experience with inventory management software Remain standing for the majority of time on premises: stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and comfortably Able to tolerate abrupt and significant changes in temperature, due to frequent interaction with freezers and walk -in coolers Must understand recipes, culinary math and some culinary terms Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Must be 18 years of age Ability to handle products and ingredients that include milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, soy and/or wheat
