What we expect Organize the technical preparation of production and other activities of the departmentManage drawing up of technical assignments for projects of newly erected structures, technical constructions, expansion, development and reconstruction of existing ones, for implementation of mechanization and automation meansReview and approve design documentation for equipment modernization and rationalization of workplacesParticipate in elaboration and implementation of resource-saving technologies, progressive norms of the main raw materials consumption, in investigation of reasons of defects and production of low-quality and high-quality products, in development of measures for the improvement of production quality and more effective usage of production facilitiesParticipate in the development of new and improvement of existing technological processesTo take part in carrying out works on revealing of production reserves, in development of measures on creation of favorable conditions of work, increase of production culture, rational use of working hoursTo supervise observance by the subordinate personnel of labor and production discipline, rules of the internal labor order, instructions on labor safety and instructions on labor protection and fire safety, other normative and technical documentsTo plan the withdrawal of equipment for maintenance and repair, as well as to control the timely supply of necessary consumables and spare partsPlan and budget for use for proper and uninterrupted operation of accountable equipmentSupervise open purchase orders for services or spare parts through the SAP program and their proper write-offOrganize and control maintenance activities on production lines and ensure high efficiency of production linesOrganize and control production processes, ensure employees assignments to the shifts, maintaining high RM yieldControl compliance with occupational safety, quality standards, GMP and environmental regulations in production areas.
