Duties & Responsibilities - Deal with all products, technique and abnormal problems -Cooperate with other departments to get their full effective support -Accept all reasonable advice to improve quality -Layout the requirement of manpower. Plan and implement the training scheme - Troubleshooting and fulfill the production plan - Training line leader's management skill and establish team work spirit - Establish and carry into execution the performance management and encouragement system - Ensure workshop clean and safe and the company security policy be applied promptly -Control the production process, and fulfill the product job on time with high quality -Cooperation with engineer to improvement Tool OEE. - Report major issues to manager Qualification & Requirements - Bachelor degree or above, diploma in Engineering field or equivalent experience. Experience -No less than 1~2 years experience as assistant supervisor. Communication /Negotiation -Good computer skills excellent skills Excel ect. -Must be able to read and write English smoothly -Positive communication ,excellent interpersonal skills -Good team spirit and cooperation -Excellent leadership -Ability of explaining the complex things in a simple way -Good personality, such as Enthusiasm /tolerance /understanding / patience Problem Solving -Analyze complicated question effectively -Take prevent action from case study and training operator for it. Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely and high-quality output, and implementing performance management and training schemes for subordinates. This role also involves maintaining workshop safety and cooperating with other departments for effective support and process improvement.
