We are now seeking an experienced Aluminium Joinery Production Supervisor to assume control of a close-knit team engaged in the production of windows, aluminum products and garage doors. This will entail production planning, team leadership, resource allocation, quality assurance, to ensure seamless handover to dispatch and installation teams. Your overall scope of responsibility in this key role will include:

• Continued high performance and leadership of a team of fabricators.
• Maintain production schedules that meet customer order requirements and delivery timelines.
• Actively promote a safety first across culture, participating in initiatives to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
• Ensure consistent adherence to production plans while maintaining flexibility to accomodate changing priorities or urgent orders.
• Investigate and resolve any quality issues, ensuring finished products continually meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Lead by example and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

As such, we are looking for a can-do, self-motivated Production Supervisor, with experienced gained in either manufacturing or a similar environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is certainly a plus, exposure to windows/doors/building products environments also an advantage, albeit not essential.
