Role Overview: As the Production Supervisor, maintains the retail dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services management team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary. Core Responsibilities:  * Culinary Support: Maintains established food presentation standards, maintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping * Kitchen Support: Training and supervising all Residential Kitchen staff. Ensures the servery and retail production area are always safe and sanitary; C.L.E.A.N. Works! program is followed * Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction Qualifications:  * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Minimum of two years of Culinary experience * Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience * Preferred –ServSafe Management Certification Work Schedule: * Hours: 2nd Shift Periods Sunday - Thursday (3:30 pm - 12:00am) * Anticipated Annual Operating Schedule: 30-42 Weeks.
