POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating supply chain activities, and leading a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Utilize ERP systems for tracking production metrics and managing resources.
• Conduct material requirements planning (MRP) to optimize production workflow.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Plan capacity requirements and ensure that production targets are met.
• Optimize production processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, supply chain management, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions.
