POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing a team of production workers and coordinating activities to optimize efficiency and productivity in the production environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication and welding processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software, particularly SAP.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Supervise daily production operations and oversee a team of production workers.
