Job Overview PRODUCTION PLANT SUPERVISOR LEVEL 1-Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment. Supervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills development for his/her team members/team leaders. Supervisor must maintain a good social climate and develop autonomy of the team. Supervisor must also be knowledgeable of the broader manufacturing organization and mobilizes support groups and resources when needed. He/she is also responsible to lead and assist in problem solving in his/her area of responsibility. Critical Behaviors: The Supervisor must possess the characteristics of a self-starter and continually demonstrate motivation to autonomously learn, develop and lead. Essential skills for a successful Supervisor include problem solving, active listening skills, critical thinking, effective leadership and managerial skills.. Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is primarily responsible for achieving the daily production program while maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Costs, and Environment.
