Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets. · Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficiency goals. · Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime · Manage employee attendance and timekeeping · Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a positive work environment · Maintain accurate production records and reports · Manages departmental projects, team leaders, and staff, ensuring efficient production flow and timely resolution of issues (e.g., rework, downtime, material shortages) · Participate in daily management meetings. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED required Associates Degree Preferred Experience: 5 years Manufacturing experience with 2 years of Supervisory experience Certifications: Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Andon, or other relevant manufacturing certifications. Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English. Welding experience Required Skills: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives · Strong leadership and team management. · Strong working knowledge of EPA, and OSHA regulations · Ability to read blueprints · Strong problem-solving skills · Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
