We’re looking for a second shift Production Supervisor who’s ready to lead, inspire, and drive results. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations-guiding production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

• Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily goals with safety and quality top of mind.
• Monitor equipment and processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Deliver key performance metrics and contribute to the overall Wis-Pak strategy.
• Organize work schedules and manage employee performance through regular reviews.
• Coach and develop team members into future leaders.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and solve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, and company policies.
• Review production paperwork and verify raw materials in JDE.Be a hands-on leader
• -ready to jump in and support your team when needed.
• Help interview and onboard new team members.
• Ensure training programs set employees up for success.
• Act as a bridge between management and production staff.
• Support sanitation and recycling initiatives.
• Keep food safety documentation accurate and complete.
