Job Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership for plant operations. This individual will work closely with all departments to establish and enforce safe process methods that ensure operational effectiveness and production adherence. The supervisor will champion an environment of respect and responsibility through professional communication, accountability, budget consciousness, team work, quality, safety and productivity. Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Starting at $60,000 - $65,000 Hours Per Week: 40 + Workweek: Sun-Sat. SHIFTS: Blair: Sun- Thursday: 3pm -12am Portage: Mon – Fri 3pm – 11am or Sun – Thurs 11pm – 7am Sanborn: Day shift, 8 hours between 5ª-5p, 5 days a week. Jim Falls: Night shift: 8 hour shift between 2p and 6a. 5 days/week. Days vary. Paynesville: Night shift: 8 hour shift between 2p and 6a. 5 days/week. Days vary.
