Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Production Supervisor role within Fanotech Manufacturing Corp. requires supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work flow and quality of products.
The Production Supervisor must implement and initiate work activities of workers as required in a Manufacturing Production Plant.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR JOB DUTIES:
- Overseeing daily manufacturing, production and shipping processes and procedures in factory production operations
- To be able to provide trade guidance and assistance as part of a work team
- Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency and provide guidance and assistance as part of a team-work
- To be able to take directions from the Production and/or Plant Manager and if that person is absent to direct the crew independently
- To be able to work under limited supervision individually, or as a team
- To have a good understanding of training abilities and leadership qualities
- Enforcing all Company policies, procedures and safety on the production floor
- Overseeing employee work flow to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability
- Inspecting products for quality and accuracy control prior to shipping
- Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
- Ensuring that the flow of production is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently
