Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Umm al-Quwain Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality exhibition stands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the exhibitions and events industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage production schedules to meet client deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production activities for exhibition stands, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with designers, project managers, carpenters, painters, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any production issues. Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and materials. Implement and maintain safety, quality, and cost-control procedures. Monitor inventory of raw materials and request stock replenishment as needed. Conduct quality checks before dispatch and installation. Ensure compliance with client specifications and design requirements. Requirements: Proven experience (2–5 years) in production supervision, specifically in exhibition stands, events, or interior fit-outs. Strong technical knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and finishes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment. Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and extended hours when required. Preferred: Experience in CNC machines, carpentry, and painting processes. UAE/GCC experience in exhibitions and events industry. Valid UAE driving license.
