Description

1. Supervise and coordinate daily pond operations to meet production plans. 2. Monitor pond conditions, stock performance, and water quality parameters. 3. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, biosecurity, environmental, and safety standards. 4. Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination with feed and technical teams. 5. Lead and evaluate supervisors and operational staff. 6. Report operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. 1. Mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan operasional tambak sehari-hari untuk memastikan target dan rencana produksi tercapai. 2. Memantau kondisi tambak, performa budidaya, serta parameter kualitas air guna mendukung pertumbuhan dan kesehatan udang yang optimal. 3. Memastikan penerapan SOP, biosekuriti, standar lingkungan, dan keselamatan kerja dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan sesuai ketentuan. 4. Mendukung perencanaan produksi, penyusunan jadwal kegiatan, serta koordinasi dengan tim pakan dan tim teknis untuk kelancaran operasional. 5. Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja para supervisor serta staf operasional untuk mencapai efektivitas kerja yang optimal. 6. Melaporkan permasalahan operasional, mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan, serta mendukung inisiatif peningkatan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja operasional.
