So what are we after?
Well, 3 Production Supervisors to help us break in our brand-new Packing Facility!
These are full-time roles, to join our busy, growing, and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality and timeliness of customer orders meets expectations.

• Management of the team on your line including helping in recruitment, training and orientation and coaching
• Manage workloads through supervision and delegation
• Manage and report on leave attendance for your direct reports
• Manage quality and KPI requirements for the packing team
• On the line trouble shooting and problem solving
• An interest in getting in with the team to support them to reach the targets of the team
• Assisting in other departments including packing, as needed
