Labor Finders is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for one of our valued clients in the food manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join a growing company and take charge of daily production operations. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily production operations. Supervise, train, and lead production staff to ensure efficiency and safety. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance. Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and management teams to optimize operations. Enforce company policies and promote a positive, productive work environment. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a related field. Strong understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMPs, SQF, etc.). Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to meet production demands. Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily production operations while supervising and training production staff. They will ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards and maintain accurate records.
