TITLE - PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – FOOD MANUFACTURING

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: 85K to 98K
Reports To: Plant Manager / Operations Manager
Experience: 8-10 years plus

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring efficient workflow across shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or processing
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and production workflows
• Familiarity with Genesis, TraceGains, or similar systems (a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily output goals
• Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols
• Maintain accurate production records, including yields, waste, and efficiency
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to ensure smooth operations
• Train and mentor team members on SOPs, safety, and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
