Job responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. - Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet project deadlines. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize production processes. - Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance and compliance with safety protocols. - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. - Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment. - Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
