We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead our team in producing bread made honestly, at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to make a daily impact on quality and efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: Supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or bakery environments preferred Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a hands-on setting Strong understanding of production flow, efficiency, and safety practices Comfortable working around ovens, mixers, and industrial equipment Committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure Experienced in production or manufacturing (food experience preferred) Skilled at balancing people, process, and product quality Comfortable working in a physically active, warm, and fast-paced environment A clear communicator who leads by example Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–10-hour shift Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly Supervise daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met Lead and support a team of production professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability Monitor equipment, dough processing, and baking parameters to maintain consistency and throughput Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to align production goals Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and downtime Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training and regular feedback Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Job Type: This is a full-time, non-exempt (overtime-eligible) position. Wage: Entry-Level: $22.00 - $24.00/hour Experienced: $24.00 – $27.00/hour based on skills and experience Location: Lake Katrine, NY (near Kingston) Schedule: 2 Full-time shifts available.
