Job Description  The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Repack Manager.  This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities, upkeep, cleanliness, and staffing of our repackaging operations. The successful candidate will ensure that products are repackaged according to company guidelines and customer specifications. Although the primary schedule for this individual is 40 hours per week, our ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business which may include weekends. Responsibilities * Supervise the activities of Repack associates to ensure productivity and quality targets are met. * Responsible for maintaining a clean repackaging environment. * Ensure that all products leaving the packaging area are in line with company packaging and quality standards. * Advise the Repack Supervisor of any attendance, tardiness, performance, or misconduct issues relating to Repack employees. * Ensure adherence to health and food safety protocols, policies and practices. * Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials. * Address any issues or concerns raised by Repack associates and work to resolve them in a timely manner. * Conduct pre-and post-production inspections. * Assist in preparing reports on productivity, quality, and other key performance indicators. * Understand relevant warehouse SOP’s and systems utilizing warehouse and ERP software. * Perform other related tasks or duties as required. Candidate Requirements  Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field preferred. * Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food warehouse or production environment. * Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures specific to thefoodindustry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Personal Attributes: * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
