  SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE       The Video Gaming Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packout and shipment operations within the gaming division. This role ensures that products are prepared accurately, securely, and on time for delivery to customers. The Supervisor will lead team members to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy while fostering a positive and performance-driven work environment.       ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Supervise day-to-day packout operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and vision. * Enforce operational best practices and drive process improvements to achieve department goals. * Meet performance targets in the five key areas of measurement: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory Accuracy. * Partner with the Manager to provide daily operational reports and performance statistics. * Coordinate with internal teams, third parties, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. * Practice servant leadership by removing obstacles that hinder associate performance and growth. * Hold regular team meetings to review metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and recognize accomplishments. * Develop and maintain 5S and security standards across the department. * Promote open communication by embracing the company’s open-door policy and addressing concerns promptly. * Coach, mentor, and develop team members by leveraging their skills and strengths to maximize team performance. * Provide schedule flexibility during peak season, including overtime and weekend shifts, as needed.         Required Education and Experience   HS Diploma/GED    AA/AS         BA/BS      MBA/MS      PHD or equivalent combination of education and experience * Three to five years related supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience   Additional Qualifications * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and systems. * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and adapt to change. * Strong organizational skills and customer-focused mindset. Supervisory Responsibilities * Manage and develop assigned staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. * Lead team to meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs). * Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding of employees. * Assign and direct daily work, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and discipline as needed. * Serve as escalation point for issue resolution and employee concerns. Work Environment * Primarily operates in a warehouse environment. * Requires flexibility to adapt between warehouse floor activities and administrative tasks. * Regular use of office equipment, tablets, scanners, and related tools. Physical Demands * Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. * Frequent use of hands to handle products and equipment. * Must occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds. * Requires ability to see close, distant, and peripheral, as well as adjust focus.
