HindlePower is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support a manufacturing team on the shop floor. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supervising employees, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The Production Supervisor is the central point of coordination for their team. You will work closely with a Production Managers as well as the Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering departments to maintain smooth production flow and drive continuous improvement. Accountable for department performance against key KPIs, including safety, quality, on time delivery, and productivity, and taking action when targets are at risk. Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules, staffing levels, and material availability Communicate expectations clearly and serve as a link between designated production team and management Support onboarding, training, and cross-training of employees within the department Perform first-pass quality checks and help identify and resolve quality or process issues Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Respond quickly to production disruptions and help restore standard operations Coordinate job orders, subassemblies, and workflow to meet shipping commitments Support material flow, consumable replenishment, and basic inventory control activities Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives What you bring... Experience & Background Experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of shop floor operations, workflows, and production scheduling Experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, or Engineering teams Leadership & Technical Skills Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees Comfort making decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement A few things about us...
