REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a production or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous computer batching would be an advantage.

THE ROLE

Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for ensuring safe and efficient operations in the concrete industry? We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor or Batcher in charge to join our dynamic team at our Bunbury plant. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the production process and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concrete batching & front end loader operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System.
  • Manage the water and waste management system, adhering to environmental requirements.
  • Oversee concrete production, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
  • Optimize truck and personnel scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and engage contractors when needed.
  • Provide leadership and support to the production team.
  • Handle administrative tasks and contribute to operational improvements.
