Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, ensuring top-quality output while driving continuous improvement. This is more than just managing production—it’s about inspiring your team, building accountability, and fostering growth. Your leadership, mechanical know-how, and understanding of automation will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and motivate a production team. Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime. Troubleshoot machinery and automation equipment. Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient. Manage workloads, absenteeism, and shift coverage. Use data and reports to drive productivity and reduce waste. Qualifications You’ll bring at least five years’ manufacturing experience and proven leadership skills. You’re mechanically minded, tech-savvy, and not afraid of hands-on work. You’ll also have: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A proactive, action-oriented approach. Clear communication and accountability in leadership. Financial awareness to manage costs and productivity. The ability to train, mentor, and develop others.
