We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of production processes, including machining processes. This role is critical in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with machining processes and assembly techniques.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Train and mentor team members on proper use of machinery, including forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality in the assembly line.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for meeting production targets.
