• Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary training in a related field is an asset.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in a manufacturing or shipping environment.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations and build a strong, positive team culture.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams and with Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
