Do you enjoy developing people, solving problems, and driving operational excellence? iMedical is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our refurbishment and rebuild operations for medical beds and stretchers. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee a team of skilled production employees responsible for transforming used medical equipment into high-quality, fully functional products that support healthcare providers and patients nationwide. If you're a motivated supervisor with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for quality, safety, and team development, we'd like to hear from you. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Production Supervisor, you will: * Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 production employees. * Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and production priorities. * Oversee equipment teardown, inspection, refurbishment, repair, and rebuild processes. * Ensure all products meet quality, cosmetic, and safety standards before release. * Monitor production schedules and throughput, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. * Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement. * Partner closely with inventory, maintenance, and operations teams to maintain efficient workflow. * Maintain production records, repair documentation, and quality tracking systems. * Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the department. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent. * 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, refurbishment, or repair environment. * 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and schematics. * Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Basic computer proficiency. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical disciplines. * Experience refurbishing, repairing, or rebuilding medical equipment. * Familiarity with motors, actuators, hydraulics, electrical systems, and related components. * Experience implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices. ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN IMEDICAL?
