JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor / In Charge with experience in fit-out and joinery works to oversee and manage the production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the factory, maintaining quality control, and meeting project deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of experience in production supervision for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and team supervision.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with factory operations, woodworking machinery, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Supervise and manage production operations for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Plan and allocate tasks to the production team, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
• Monitor material usage, quality control, and production output to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and designers to ensure production aligns with project requirements.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Ensure proper machine and tool maintenance for efficient production operations.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations in the production area.
• Manage inventory, material procurement, and stock levels to avoid delays.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on production progress and issues.
