Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate various aspects of the shop and operations workflow. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 10 employees, ensure efficient processes, and maintain compliance with company policies and systems. This role is integral to ensuring timely and accurate execution of work orders, material planning, customer communication, and safety reporting.
