A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 to $80,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Sets and delegates day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives. Responsibilities include leading, developing, providing training/direction, coaching, and assessing team members, scheduling resources to meet deadlines, and monitoring production and work quality and coach on performance. Directly monitors daily, weekly & monthly KPIs and collaborates with team in achieving goals and objectives.
