We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced joinery supervisor to join our team of carpenters and craftsmen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of completing projects effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, going out in the field to ensure works are being done correctly. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holding a valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proven Experience in Joinery
• Strong Understanding of Joinery Techniques, Materials and Machinery
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
• 5-7 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and joinery fit-out company.
• Ability to read Joinery AutoCAD drawings and identifying materials and various finishes.
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
• Ability for quick decision making and take ownership confidently.
• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
• Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports

• The Joinery foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site
• Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
• They will lead and motivate the team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure raw material availability and optimal resource allocation
• Collaborate with Project managers to ensure the timely completion of joinery projects
• Monitor project milestones and take corrective actions if necessary
• Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality joinery products
• Implement and monitor quality assurances processes to identify and address deviations promptly
