Involve Midlands are delighted to be working with a fantastic sub contract machine shop based in the Halesowen area who are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
CNC Production Supervisor to lead a team of skilled engineers in a fully-equipped, well-invested workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist looking to step into a senior management role.
The Role:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM
Overseeing and managing a team of CNC Machinists
Ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
Using ERP software to track job efficiency across the machine shop
Monitoring tooling usage and optimizing resources
Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced CNC Machinist ready for a leadership role
Experience of vertical milling machines, setting and programming Fanuc Control machinery
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes & quality control
Ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
Experience with ERP software is a plus
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Machinist looking to set up into a management role.
