JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Sunday availability is required
  • Note: Prior management experience is not required, we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow
Responsibilities
  • Supervising and coordinating daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Leading, training, and mentoring crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork
  • Ensuring all vehicles receive a high-quality wash and excellent customer service
  • Monitoring equipment functionality and reporting maintenance needs
  • Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Supporting site leadership in tracking performance and implementing operational improvements
  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Leading by example through hands-on work and proactive problem-solving
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
