PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (KEYSER, NIGHTS)

Scranton, PA | $85,000 – $90,000 + bonus, equity & benefits
Are you a manufacturing leader ready to make an impact? At The AZEK Company, we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our Scranton manufacturing plants. In this role, you’ll guide a high-performing team on a 4x4 night shift schedule (6 PM – 6 AM), ensuring we meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the Production Team to ensure objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost are met
  • Assign daily tasks and oversee Team Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants
  • Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures to protect employees and equipment
  • Support and assist with set-ups and start-ups of production equipment
  • Build team engagement by encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and respect
  • Communicate daily updates, issues, and priorities across production teams
  • Train and coach Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants as needed
  • Verify proper materials, mixes, and processes are used to meet product specifications
  • Monitor production quality, conduct daily audits, and ensure adherence to standards
  • Ensure compliance with preventive and general maintenance requirements
  • Perform safety checks and partner with maintenance for necessary repairs
  • Oversee production schedules to ensure on-time, complete execution
  • Maintain plant housekeeping and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
