SUMMARY:

The role of the Production Supervisor is to ensure that all aspects of production fulfill the company’s goals. This means managing both material and human resources to build high quality products that give great value to the consumer while maintaining or increasing profit margin by continual efforts to increase efficiency. A key theme in Production, as in all departments at Korg, is “Continuous Improvement”.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with hand tools and soldering.
• Basic electronics knowledge.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP experience.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Dependable, full-time in-office presence.
• Production environment and management experience.
• Knowledge of the musical instrument industry or musician background is a plus.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

• Utilize ERP for Production Orders, ensuring proper tracking.
• Convert BOM to Finished Goods and move inventory within ERP to match physical reality.
