The Production Supervisor – Level I is a foundational leadership role for those stepping into frontline supervision. You’ll guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and strengthen the foundation to grow into higher-level leadership. Along the way, you’ll be mentored by seasoned Supervisors and Managers as you sharpen your skills in people leadership, problem-solving, safety, and quality. What You’ll Do Lead People * Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential. * Foster a respectful, accountable workplace culture. * Lead daily shift huddles, aligning teams on goals, safety, and priorities. Drive Operations * Oversee production processes to keep shifts safe, efficient, and on track. * Collaborate with QA and operations partners to uphold safety, quality, and compliance. * Step in to support equipment operations or coverage when needed to ensure team success. Ensure Excellence * Maintain accurate records and documentation. * Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices. * Identify and escalate issues quickly to keep production flowing.
