Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will use your strong leadership and communication skills to develop a team that is focused on teamwork, accountability, responsibility and one that continually strives to develop and improve all aspects of the facility to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Ensure that Line Operations are running smoothly
  • Continually drive improvement in safety, quality, productivity, costs and achievement of production targets.
  • Ensure that the team is appropriately resourced, trained and has the required skills
  • Ensure line and equipment are in good working order
  • Lead products and teams to deliver improvements to operational efficiency
  • Work with Quality Assurance to implement and maintain Food Safety requirements
  • Ensure work health and safety instructions, information and training are provided to team member
