Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies Lead/ coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management including but not limited to: asset availability (mean time to repair, mean time between failure), cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies. Lead/coach teams in leveraging new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow. Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
