We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production departments, ensuring that production targets are met, and that safety and quality standards are maintained. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of production staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel.
  • Ensure that production processes are running efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure that all products meet specifications.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Maintain/continually improve all Key Performance Metrics (labour performance, scrap reduction, OTD, inventory reduction, zero defects)
  • Establishing and maintaining a favorable work environment
