Position Overview: Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations in production. Monitors workload and delegates assignments accordingly, ensuring departmental objectives are met.   Essential Functions:   * Responsible for providing direction and guidance for A&P and decoration stations while maintaining productivity and efficiency. * Communicate with management on any delays or foreseen problems to minimize the impact for the customer.  * Monitor the workshop workflow and supervise material flow, coordinating with the dunnage production supervisor to ensure raw material is in stock prior to the start of production.  * Coordinates with supervisor and design to ensure dunnage samples are created to specification before the start of production.  * Monitor production at stations to make sure quality standards are followed.  * Minimize damage and repair costs through management and preventative maintenance. * Ensure staff are following the correct policy and procedures regarding safety.  Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises approximately 10 employees.       Qualification Requirements:    * Minimum 3 years supervisory experience * Technical training in an engineering environment  * Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills * Good verbal and written communication skills * Good math skills * Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
