• Provides guidance, direction and leadership to production personnel to ensure products are delivered safely, to the highest quality standard andon-time
• Implements 5S principles and ensures all operations conform to the company’s safety and quality policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conducts fact-based analysis using lean techniques to effectively problem solve day-to-day issues and assists with process improvements
• Performs Daily Management gemba walks and drives improvements in +QDIP activity
• Performs productivity analysis for assigned area(s) and implements actions to implement sustainable improvements in productivity
• Responsible to execute the manufacturing schedule and capacity plan for production. Plan and determine personnel requirements based on forecasts. Solicit overtime and shift change recommendations and provides leadership for the daily ODO (Orders Due Out) process
• Assists with capital equipment requirements, and design layout to achieve the high productivity flow for the production sequence of operations
• Trains personnel on work standards and hold personnel accountable to follow work procedures and guidelines
  Pay Range:
  $70,200.00 - $105,400.00
  Actual base salary offered varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
