Job Details Job Location: Largo , FL Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary/year We are a well-established Aerospace and defense composite manufacture, relocating a growing 35-year-old company to Largo Florida. We are looking for talented individuals that will be a great addition to our team. We are recruiting candidates that would be willing to train in Rockledge FL before we transfer locations and then assist us with the move. Once the move is complete, you will be a key member of the company as we continue to grow in 2026 and beyond. This is a full-time, permanent position. We are looking for a strong production supervisor to lead each of our 10-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday). At Matrix, the Production Supervisor is responsible and accountable to oversee manufacturing operations and support activities to meet business objectives. Accountable for all aspects of production operations and production program performance by leading initiatives and management of the plant operations to meet or exceed all daily, monthly and yearly goals for safety and production. Safety is a core value at Matrix Composites. Our supervisors play a critical role in creating and maintaining a safe workplace for our employees by following all Matrix Composites safety policies and procedures and by observing employees to ensure that safety procedures are followed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Ensure all employees maintain compliance to all company rules including safety, production and general workplace rules. Work with Production Manager to evaluate individuals on a regular basis and develop training plans to ensure growth of individuals reporting to them. Ensure a workplace that will both recognize those employees that contribute to the success of the organization as well as address those that fail to meet our standards. Manage all production programs and operations to achieve on-time and on budget performance. Ensure plant remains in compliance with production operations aerospace quality certifications and standards (ISO-9001, AS9100, etc.), as well as all health, safety and environmental regulations. Daily tracking and reporting of key production measures Work with all groups to identify opportunities for improvements and lead efforts to reduce costs and improve plant efficiencies. Other projects and duties as assigned by Production Manager. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
