Job Description We’re looking for a Production Supervisor with strong mechanical skills to help us grow to the future. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead the department operations, troubleshoot machinery, ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement within the team. This role is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm. The role is more than supervising production - it’s about inspiring your team, building accountability, and fostering growth. Your leadership, mechanical know-how, and understanding of automation, will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 20 - 25 Identify and resolve production issues on modern equipment, including PLC’s, servo drives, hydraulic and pneumatic control circuits Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient including spend on R&M Manage workloads, absenteeism, and ensure appropriate staff training & development Use data and reports to drive productivity, reduce waste and improve process. Qualifications You’ll bring at least five years’ manufacturing / engineering experience along with proven leadership skills. Alternatively, we are also open to candidates who are ready to step into leading a larger team, and will provide training and development to support your leadership progression. Along with being mechanically minded, driven and hands-on. You’ll also have: A willingness to see others succeed Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A proactive, action-oriented approach to your work Clear communication and accountability in leadership. Financial awareness to manage costs and productivity.
