Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Established and active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of supervisory experience in a Material Planning and Logistics manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations Bachelor's degree in operations, Transportation & Logistics, or Supply Chain Safety and MPL experience Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles Prior experience managing a unionized workforce Ability to multitask Ability to work independently
