We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead our aluminum welding, assembly, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, with strong leadership skills and a solid background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bilingual – French & English (required)
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on knowledge of aluminum welding (MIG/TIG)
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and shipping logistics
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial settings

• Supervise night shift production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
• Oversee aluminum welding, assembly, and shipping processes.
• Communicate clearly with team members in both French and English.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Enforce health and safety regulations across the shift.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Coordinate with day shift leadership for smooth handoffs and reporting.
